CREMATORIUM CHARGES
NB: The Medical Referee fee is identified separately and is not included in the Cremation Fee but must to be added to each cremation fee.
The following charges relate to cremation of persons resident within the Borough area at the time of death:
Non-viable foetus or stillborn child | No charge |
The body of a child not exceeding four years of age at the time of death | No Charge |
The body of a child four years, but not exceeding twelve years at the time of death | No Charge |
The body of a person whose age at the time of death exceeded twelve years | £474.00 |

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
For cremation service held after 15:15 NB: Additional fee not applicable Monday to Thursday if applicant agrees with carbon dioxide/mercury reduction environmental policy. If the applicant agrees with this environment policy but requests the return of the cremated remains the next day, or the service is held on a Friday, or if the applicant objects to this environmental policy the fee is applicable. | £ 56.00 |
