Legal services to the Council are provided by nplaw, a shared legal service hosted by Norfolk County Council. NPLaw is unable to offer general legal advice to members of the public.

Community Legal Advice
Community Legal Advice is a free and confidential legal service for the general public, paid for by legal aid. It is funded by the Legal Services Commission and partnerships with independent advice agencies and solicitors. They can:
Give you free help or legal advice over the phone for problems with debt, housing, employment, education and welfare benefits and tax credits
Put you in touch with the right people who can help you if they can't
Find out where your nearest face-to-face advice provider is
They will help you find the best solution to your problem, and, if you qualify for legal aid, they can give you free, specialist, and confidential legal advice over the phone.
