Housing and Council Tax Benefit Claims Fast Track Service

You can speed up you claim for housing and council tax benefit by using our new Fast Track service.

All you have to do is follow these 3 easy steps...

Fully complete your PDF Icon benefit application form (127kb)

Make sure you have all the information we require in order for us to process your claim. The checklist on page 19 of the application form will help you.

Take you completed application together with all the relevant information to the Customer Services Counter located on the ground floor of Trafalgar House.

A member of staff will then verify your claim and check that you have all the information we require.

Once your claim is verified by a member of staff and they have confirmed that you have provided all the required information, it will be sent to the benefit assessment team to be processed within 24 hours.
