Visitor Information and Management Services. New visitor Information Centre within the Town Centre. Creation of a new Seafront Management Centre incorporating a visitor information centre and offices to develop a co-ordinated management approach to the seafront asset. New building incorporating office space with new IT systems to improve the speed and efficiency of service; and to provide a focal point for tourist activity. Centre to include new technology.
Lighting Esplanade New attractive and decorative lighting along Esplanade to encourage safe use of the promenade during the evening.
THI Seafront Buildings. The existing Conservation Area will be extended to include the seafront area of the town. Enhancements will be made to key seafront buildings within this extremely important Victorian and Edwardian area.
THI Town Centre. To create an enhanced environment between the Town Centre and Seafront. [Complimenting this project is Project 18. Route enhancement, signage and linkages.

Access to tourism information. Using the latest technology to give access to local leisure and tourism opportunities in the region and in the UK. Siting webcams at key locations to give locals and visitors opportunities to watch the regeneration process. ICT driven footfall monitors at key locations to monitor the levels of visitor numbers over the project period and beyond.
Research & Check-Back. Comparator studies - amongst visitors & residents - to monitor how Great Yarmouth compares with other destinations and how perception changes over the project period. Volume and Value studies to monitor the number of visitors to the area and their value in terms of income to the local economy.
