Target Response Times
Target response times represent the maximum time the Council has set between your complaint being received by the Department and an officer making first contact with you. Often you will receive a call well within the time specified. However, seasonal and operational constraints may affect certain services from time to time.
Help us to help you by giving clear, concise details of your complaint and how, when and where we can best contact you.
Environmental Health Enforcement Policy
All enforcement action taken by Environmental Health from informal letters to prosecution will be considered in line with our enforcement policy.
We aim to provide clear, consistent, proportionate and targeted enforcement to make sure our resources are applied in the most appropriate way possible.
