Great Yarmouth Borough Council can offer grant assistance toward the repair of Listed Buildings or Historic Buildings within a Conservation Area.

Grants are usually limited up to a maximum of £1,000.00.

Eligible Works

The objective is to put into sound repair the structure and external envelop of the building.  The repairs should be comprehensive in scope, using appropriate materials, normally on a like-for-like basis.
