The Government wants every council tenant to have a proper say in how the Council manages your home and is expecting every Council to introduce Tenant Participation Compacts.

Compacts are agreements between the local Council and their tenants setting out how tenants can get involved in local decision making on housing matters which affect their homes, environment and their standard of living.
