This guide was written by Imogen Isern of South Norfolk District Council, and published in November 2004.
It was jointly funded by Norfolk Housing Authorities and local Housing Associations.
Its aim is to inform Parish Councils, communities and individuals about affordable housing and specifically affordable housing in rural villages.
