Whether you wish to take in the sea air or explore the local countryside the Great Yarmouth Teaching Primary Care Trust has prepared a booklet on a number of walking routes in the borough.

The booklet, prepared as part of its Local Exercise Action Pilot scheme, is aimed at informing people where they can use walking to increase activity levels.

Increased activity helps to reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes and other chronic medical conditions.

Please follow the link to the Great Yarmouth Teaching Primary Care Trust website to view the booklet. (Adobe Acrobat file - 2.59MB)
