Council Prosecute Holiday Park
On Friday 28 September 2007, Seacroft (Hemsby) Limited, who operate the Seacroft Holiday park on Beach Road, Hemsby pleaded guilty to eleven charges under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2006, at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court.

Winners of Borough Council's Environmental Quiz
As part of the Borough Council’s event ‘Your Borough, Your Council’, the Environmental Health Department held a ten question multiple choice quiz, based on Food Safety, Health & Safety and the new ‘Smoke Free’ legislation.
