Vehicles must be properly registered and display a blue badge to park in disabled bays.

Parking in disabled bays is charged at the same rate as all other spaces, see our information on Car park tariffs for charges.

   - Norfolk County Council - apply online or call 0844 800 8015.
   - Gorleston Library Customer Information Centre where you can fill out an application form
