Consultations
Consultation plays an important role in enabling the Council to hear the community's views on a range of issues.
Results of consultation exercises are used to inform decision-making and develop services to help improve the quality of life for all in the Borough.

We carry out consultation in lots of ways including via the Norfolk Citizen's panel.
There are many reasons why it is important to involve local people:
Consultation helps to analyse problems
The focus is on customers
It helps develop a culture of improvement
A wider audience can be reached
