The results, which follow below, see the council now consist of 23 Conservative members, 14 Labour members, 1 Independent Labour member, with 1 further vacant seat that is subject to a by-election.
As the result of the Elected Mayor referendum was to reject the proposals of an elected mayor with cabinet, the Council shall continue to operate its existing executive arrangements.
