Charles Reynolds was born on the 23rd of March 1956 in Caister-on-Sea, Great Yarmouth. He is the Managing Director at Reynolds Coaches of Caister.

Mr Reynolds has been involved with the Conservative Party since the age of 16, holding various posts for the Great Yarmouth Conservative Party.

He was first elected for Caister on Sea in 1979 for Great Yarmouth Borough Council.

In the 2001 General Election he was the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Great Yarmouth,  he was also elected as a Norfolk County Councillor for the East Flegg Division in 1981 to 1985 and elected for the Ormesby Ward for GYBC in 1986 to date.

At present Councillor Reynolds in the Deputy Leader of Great Yarmouth Borough Council and Cabinet Member for Tourism with responsibility for the Market and Parking
