11.30am Mayor and Mayoress meeting with Rev T Thomson of Caister Parish Church to plan end of year service.
5.00pm Mayor and Mayoress to attend Sponsors for Maritime Festival Reception at the Sealife Centre. Mayor to welcome all to event.
7.00pm Mayor and Mayoress to attend Reception for Norfolk County Council Chairman at Great Yarmouth Library.

10.00am Mayor and Mayoress to meet with High Sheriff of Norfolk & Mrs Carter for tour Town Hall. High Sheriff to meet with Karl Harding of Newtown Youth Club.
10.45am High Sheriff and Mrs Carter to visit GY Enterprise.
11.30am High Sheriff and Mrs Carter to visit Blackfriars Brewery.
12.15pm High Sheriff and Mrs Carter to have Tour of Town Hall.
1.00pm Lunch will be served in Mayors Parlour
2.30pm High Sheriff to meet with Denis Gilbert Director of Community Housing in Greyfriars Reception.
3.00pm High Sheriff to meet with Stuart Brabben Customer Services/Revenues.
7.30pm Mayor and Mayoress to attend Chairman of East Cambridge District Council Reception at the Lady Chapel Ely Cathedral.

8.30am Mayor and Mayoress to attend Marks and Spencer’s Great Yarmouth Stores 100th Anniversary. Mayor to cut ribbon and say a few words congratulating the store.
10.45am Mayor and Mayoress to attend BBC Children’s Concert Orchestra at the Hippodrome.
12.00 for 12.30pm Mayor and Mayoress to meet with VIPS in Mayors Parlour at Town Hall for the Annual Tourism Lunch. Following Lunch Mayor and Mayoress to present the tourism awards.

8.30am Mayor and Mayoress to attend Downham Market St Winnolds Breakfast. The Parade will start at 9am. Followed by a civic breakfast in the Town Hall.
4.15pm Mayor have tea in the Parlour with a Lady celebrating her 90th Birthday who used to work at the Town Hall. She has asked to have a look round the Town Hall and Trafalgar House where she used to work. Mayor to present the lady with a bouquet of flowers.
7.30pm Mayor and Mayoress to attend St Andrews Music Festival Senior Concert at the Chapter House, St Andrews Church. Mayor to say a few words and the end of performance.

8.45am Mayor to start Winterton Marine Cadets off on their Sponsored Walk from Britannia Pier Gardens to Winterton.
2.00pm Mayor to attend the St Andrews Music Festival Junior Concert at Lynn Grove High School. Mayor to say a few words at the end of performance.
4.00pm Mayor to attend a 2 minute silence for Michael Dern a Market Trader who had a stall on Great Yarmouth Market for 50 years who sadly passed away. Mayor to join other traders in a walk past his stall and to have a drink with them in the Market Tavern in his memory.
7.00pm Mayor and Mayoress to attend the Final Evening of the St Andrews Music Festival at the Chapeter House in St Andrews Church. The festival is celebrating its 40th Anniversary. The Mayor has been asked to present the Bircham Award.
9.30pm Mayor and Mayoress to attend the drawing of the raffle at the Palliative Care 60’s Night at the Ocean Rooms.

2.30pm arrivefor 3pm start Mayor and Mayoress to attend the Nikolai Demidenko Seachange Conert at the Hippodrome. Tony Mallion will meet and introduce you to say a few words at the start of the performance
