Trees To Be Replaced In The Market Place
Work is shortly to commence on a project to replace trees on the northern half of Great Yarmouth Market Place. This follows on from a similar project replacing trees at the southern end a few years ago

Gorleston residents are being encouraged to shape the agenda of the forthcoming Gorleston Area Scrutiny Committee with issues they have about the public services being provided for them.
It is with very deep regret that the Borough Council learned today that Councillor Dick Barker passed away last night 2nd February 2010. Councilor Barker had been a Member for the Claydon Ward since 2005 and had served on many Committee’s of the Council including his role as Vice Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.
English Heritage Visits Yarmouth Jetty
Great Yarmouth Borough Council has been informed that Representatives from English Heritage will be visiting various sites, both public and privately owned in Great Yarmouth on the 8th and 9th of February.
The public is invited to attend a memorial service in memory of victims of the Holocaust.
