Corporate Plan
The Council’s plan is to “Provide excellent services that are accessible, responsive and sustainable to ensure Great Yarmouth is a healthy and vibrant place to live, work and visit.”
The Corporate Plan is an essential part of the council's policy and delivery planning framework. It links the Local Area Agreement and Sustainable Community Strategy to the council's business and service plans and therefore ensures that the day to day work of the council is focused on local priorities.
