Richard Packham
Chief Executive Officer for Great Yarmouth Borough Council since 1993, during which time he has been responsible for guiding through substantial structural changes and the production of a 2020 Vision and Partnership for Great Yarmouth. Richard came to Great Yarmouth from Norwich City Council.

Portfolio holder for Regeneration and Tourism, Councillor Plant has been a council member for seven years. Graham is a local businessman with a keen interest in helping Great Yarmouth reach its full potential for business, residents and visitors alike.
