Car Parking

Great Yarmouth Borough Council is the single largest provider of Off Street Parking and  provide safe and reasonably priced parking facilities suitable for the needs of a variety of different users

Parking in disabled bays is charged at the same rate as all other spaces

Motorcycles/Scooters are permitted to park free in designated areas. The availability of the number of spaces for use may differ on occasions when events are held on the car parks

All our car parks are inspected regularly and excess charge notices are issued if the rules which are clearly stated on the notice boards are not complied with

The data that parking services holds may be may be shared with other organisations that are resposible for the auditing or administering of public funds, in order to prevent and detect fraud. The code for data sharing can be found at www.audit-commission.gov.uk/nfi
