In the Great Yarmouth Borough Council area, Civil Enforcement Officers employed by the Borough Council will patrol on-street parking, as well as the Council's car parks.

Penalty Charge Notices issued in the Borough will be processed by the Borough Council, whose staff will also handle payments, representations and appeals on behalf of South Norfolk District Council.

Details about how to pay, or to challenge a Penalty Charge Notice, are on the Notice. Penalty Charge income goes towards the cost of the parking enforcement service.
