In this section of our website you will find details of  Great Yarmouth Borough Council’s planning services including information on

Planning Policy – deals with allocations for residential and commercial uses, trees and countryside matters, local transport planning (including cycling) as set out in the Borough-Wide Local Plan which has been drawn up in accordance with regional and national guidance. The emerging Local Development Framework (LDF) which will replace the Borough-Wide Local Plan is also available to view along with details of public consultations.
