If you are not able to or do not wish to submit your planning application electronically via the Planning Portal then please download the appropriate form and validation checklist by clicking on the appropriate pdf from the table below. You only need to supply one completed copy of the form and validation checklist although we will require six copies of all drawings and any associated supporting documents

The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010

From the 26th February 2010 onwards, new fee levels will apply for applications to extend the time limits for implementing planning permissions and non material amendments, along with a reduction in the maximum fee for other applications submitted under Schedule 1, Part 2 category 9(b), the fee regulations.
