Annual Monitoring Report
Monitoring is an important part of the LDF process and plays a critical part in assessing the effectiveness of policies. The Great Yarmouth Borough Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) includes an assessment of LDF progress, performance against national and local indicators and projected future housing delivery.
Annual Monitoring Reports (AMRs) cover the period 1 April to 31 March and are submitted to the Secretary of State by the end of December each year.
