Development Control Policies DPD

The Development Control Policies ‘Issues and Options’ Development Plan Document (DPD) sets out the policies to help make decisions on planning applications. A second Issues and Options consultation, taking into consideration comments made during the first stage, will be published for consultation.

Copies of the ‘Issues and Options’ document, including the preliminary Stage ‘B’ Sustainability Appraisal Report and Response Form can be viewed under further information.
