SHARP 2
The Camperdown and Nelson Road South area of Great Yarmouth is currently the focus of the Secondary Holiday Area Regeneration Project 2 (SHARP 2), a £1.9 million scheme that aims to assist people in improving their properties and regenerating the area as a whole.
This scheme is a follow on from the original SHARP, which was successfully completed in the Wellesley Road area in 2008.
SHARP 2 will work with residents to improve the visual impact of the area, capitalise on it's architechural heritage, and transform empty properties into good quality homes for rent or sale. The scheme is due to run until March 2011.
