The Environmental Health Department provides a range of services to help ensure Great Yarmouth's environment remains Clean, Attractive and Safe.
We provide an integrated service designed to protect and improve public health and safety and to protect and enhance the environment. We work in partnership with the community, and consult with officers of other departments and external organisations including businesses and residents.
We welcome your comments and observations on the services provided and what issues you would like to see addressed in the future.
Target response times represent the maximum time the Council has set between your complaint being received by the Department, and an officer making first contact with you. Often you will receive a call well within the time specified. However, seasonal and operational constraints may affect certain services from time to time.
Help us to help you by giving clear, concise details of your complaint and how, when and where we can best contact you.
