Studies by ‘Thorax’ show that you will be four times more likely to succeed in giving up smoking if you take part in a professionally provided ‘Quit smoking’ program.

Local results indicate a 60% success rate at 4 weeks for those enrolled on the local stop smoking initiative. 1:1 appointments are available at most GP surgeries Alternatively, anyone can book a 1:1 appointment at:
