Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
Elaine Turner, Housing Environmental Services Officer (HESO) regularly inspects all communal areas of our estates to monitor the services we deliver, resolve any outstanding issues and develop areas for improvement to be considered by the environmental service delivery resident/officer group.
Each tenant/leaseholder who is actively working with our Tenant Participation Team will be invited to join the HESO on an inspection each year if they reside adjacent to a communal housing area.

These provide information about environmental services that are and will be delivered in your area. Please use this information to monitor service standards and work with our caretaking/estate management team to develop solutions to issues (Environmental/Anti Social Behaviour etc) that are causing concern.

Garden Clubs
Great Yarmouth Community Housing works in partnership with Great Yarmouth in Bloom and offers support to groups of residents who would like to brighten the communal area adjacent to their properties by planting bedding plants/bulbs/small shrubs.
