Capital Projects

The Capital Projects Team provides both architectural and quantity surveying services which enables the Council to deliver its programme for the refurbishment and improvement of its housing stock and associated environmental improvement projects.

The Team also provides engineering services to install and update heating installations and electrical installations to the housing stock.

The aim of the Team is to provide a high quality and cost effective service both in-house and by appointing suitably qualified and experienced external consultants, suppliers and contractors.

In addition to the above Capital Projects also provides a disabled adaptations service to help improve the quality of life for tenants with disabilities by carrying out adaptations and modifications to their homes.
