Housing Finance

The Housing Finance service is responsible for the management of the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) and the preparation and maintenance of all the financial information relating to Community Housing, which includes statutory returns to central Government.

Another important area of Housing Finances’ work is the management of tenants’ rent accounts. Other responsibilities include the collection of service charges from leaseholders and the administration of the tenants’ home contents insurance scheme.
