Property Maintenance

Property Maintenance is the service that enables Great Yarmouth Community Housing to deliver its programmes of planned and responsive repairs and maintenance.The responsive repairs service is provided in partnership with Norse Group, another important partnership is with Dodd Group (Eastern) who provide our gas servicing and plumbing works.

In addition Property Maintenance is the lead service for the Property Maintenance Service Delivery Working Group and also provides a full construction related professional service to enable the Council to deliver planned and responsive maintenance to its non-housing stock.
