Property Management

This service is responsible for the overall management of the Councils housing stock and the formulation and monitoring of programmes for repairs and improvements to both the dwellings and their immediate environment.

Housing Property Management also manages the Councils activities towards meeting the Decent Homes Standard for its housing stock.
