Bus shelters are provided and operated throughout the Borough by:-

• Great Yarmouth Borough Council (18 bus shelters, inherited from a time when it owneds the local bus company.)

• Adshel (85 bus shelters)

• Parish Councils

The provision of bus shelters by Great Yarmouth Borough Council and Adshel is overseen by:

Great Yarmouth Borough Council is committed to improving and increasing where possible the use of a safe and sustainable public transport system within the Borough and actively works with Norfolk Country Council to achieve its aims.

Requests for the provision of new bus shelters should in the first instance be made ot Norfolk County Council.
