Conference, Hall and Meeting Room Hire

We pride ourselves on providing a professional and complete meeting room service, tailored to your needs

Maritime House Conference Room

External Bookings & Commercial Clients (charges subject to VAT)

Maritime House Conference Facility
  • Half day/Up to 4 hours: Minimum charge of £40.00 for room hire only.

  • Full day/Over 4 hours: Charge of £65.00 for room hire only.

  • For either option: tea/coffee & biscuits are charged at £1.50 per person, per serving.

  • Cold buffet/hot fork lunches can be arranged ranging from £7.00 per head up to £13.00 per head (please see our buffet information sheet).

Out of Hours Bookings
Bookings outside of normal office hours may incur an additional charge of £50.00 to cover staff presence. Please check when making your booking.

Equipment Hire
We can hire the following equipment to you, should you need it:

  • Flipchart/Whiteboard - £5.00

  • Lectern  - £5.00

  • Laptop  - £10.00Projector  - £10.00

Novus Centre

The Novus Enterprise Centre is a central point for business activities in Great Yarmouth.  Facilities include a virtual office service as well as a range of rooms for private or corporate hire, suitable for conferences, training days, interviews or one off events. Each room differs in size and facilities. Rooms can be prepared to your specification in advance of your arrival should you need flip charts or a particular seating arrangement.  Refreshments and catering can be provided and limited parking is available

Town Hall -

Please be advised that due to refurbishment works the Assembly Room and the Supper Room will be unavailable for hire as from 1st September 2011.

The Assembly Room, Council Chamber, Supper Room and Robing Room at the Town Hall are available for hire.

All rooms are situated on the first floor of the Town Hall and can be accessed by lift. The first floor can accommodate up to 230 people at any one time, including Council staff on duty and security or portering staff.
