Play Survey for 3-11 Year Olds
We would like all children to be able to have lots of different ways to play, if that is what they want to do. We would be grateful if either you or your child could complete the following survey to help us to see what else can be done to help your child to play. If you are filling out the survey for your child please let us know their view as well as your own, we are interested in what you both think.

Play in Great Yarmouth
Great Yarmouth Borough Council recognizes that play is essential to children’s happiness, health and development. The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child 1989, gives all children the right “to rest and leisure; to engage in age-appropriate play and recreational activities”.
With 19% of Great Yarmouth’s population being under 16 our aim is to provide play areas that give children the space and freedom to explore, experiment and interact with other children.
The Council currently manages 87 outdoor playgrounds for both children and young people, across 81 individual sites, including 7 skate / BMX Parks and 12 Multi Use Games Areas (MUGAs).

Follow the links on the right for further information.
