10.00am - Mayor to attend presentation by Newtown Youth Centre at Furzedown Hotel.

12.30pm - Deputy Mayor and Mayoress to attend Flegg High School Draggon’s Den experience.
1.00pm - Mayor and Mayoress to meet up with Norfolk and Norwich Association for the Blind club who are holding a sailing day on the Broads.
7.30pm(arrive 7.20pm)- Mayor and Mayoress to attend the 150th Anniversary to Mission to Seafarers at St Nicholas Parish Church. Mayor to lay wreath for North Sea Helicopter disaster in west porch.
Thursday 17 July
12.30pm - Mayor and Mayoress to attend Towns Women’s Guild 60th Anniversary Lunch at The Priory Centre.
Friday 18 July
3.00pm - Mayor to attend civic meeting in Mayor’s Parlour with Councillor Watts and Robin.
Saturday 19 July
10.00am - Mayor and Mayoress to attend Weapon’s awareness day at the Marina Centre.
2.00pm - Mayor and Mayoress to start the Race for life at Caister High School in aid of cancer relief.
Sunday 20 July
11.00am - MAYOR’S ANNUAL CIVIC SERVICE – ST NICHOLAS PARISH CHURCH.
Mayor and Mayoress to meet with civic dignitaries at the Town Hall before processing to St Nicholas Parish Church for service. Following service procession back to Town Hall for refreshments.

7.00pm - Mayor and Mayoress to attend the Rotary Club’s Charity presentation following the walk at Somerlayton. To be held in the Assembly Room of the Town Hall. Mayor to speak about charities and the importance of them in the Town.

10.00am - Mayor and Mayoress to officially open Hemsby Fete at the Playing Field, Waters Lane.
5.00pm - Deputy Mayor and Mayoress to attend the Special Olympian swimming gala at the Pheonix Swimming Pool. Deputy Mayor to present prizes.
