The proposed plans for the Parkway project will be displayed in Great Yarmouth library, lecture hall, on Wednesday April 11.
Work is due to get underway in July to refurbish the existing St George’s Park in the centre of town with a view to gaining Green Flag status.
Future aspirations include creating a green corridor from the seafront to the river.
Members of the public are invited to attend the open day, which will be held between 10am and 4pm. Officers from Great Yarmouth Borough Council, Norfolk County Council and architects Mott McDonald will be on hand to answer questions.
There will also be the opportunity to complete a questionnaire on the proposals.
