Great Yarmouth Borough Council is asking its residents for help with its wheeled bin waste and recycling service.

New tipping arrangements, which will improve the cost efficiency of the service, means that bins may be emptied at a different time of the day from week commencing April 30.

Bins will still need to be left in their usual collection place by 6.30am.

"We hope the new service won’t inconvenience residents too much," said Environmental Services Officer Rob Cole. "Times of collection may vary for several weeks while the new system beds in".
