The next meeting of the Private Landlords' Forum will take place on Wednesday 18th July, 2007 in Comfort Hotel, 14 Albert Square, Great Yarmouth, refreshments available from 6:30pm, meeting to commence at 7:00pm.
Topics for the evening to include a presentation on the key findings of the housing market assessment, a detailed discussion on tenancy agreements, covering the requirements of the unfair contract terms in consumer contracts regulations and an in depth look at the most common clauses in agreements. There will also be the opportunity to find further information and how to become a member of the Landlord Accreditation Scheme.
All landlords are welcome to attend and find out about important issues that affect them, as well as getting the opportunity to network with other landlords operating locally.
