Marina Closed for Handover

The Marina Centre on Great Yarmouth seafront will close for one day as the official handover to the new Trustees takes place.
The centre will be closed on Sunday April 2 and reopen for public use on Monday 3rd at 10am.
“We are undertaking a stock-take and official hand over on the Sunday,” explained Environmental Strategy Manager Simon Mutten.
“But it will business as usual on the Monday, with all the facilities open.”
The Trustees have been drawn from a number of representative bodies within the Borough, including the Borough and County Councils, Primary Care Trust, Sports Council and the Tourist Authority. The trust currently comprises nine members, with three further members to be co-opted by the trustees at a future date.
