The residents of Yarmouth are being invited by the Borough Council to come and choose the design for the new children’s playground to be installed on St George’s Park as part of the refurbishments taking place this year. Plans for this new provision will be on display in Yarmouth Library from 4pm Thursday 31 May to 10am Tuesday 5 June.

Play companies were asked to provide designs for a playground which will cater for children up to 12 years, and the Council is asking residents to come along and vote towards the final design.

Library opening times during the voting period are:

Thursday: 9am – 6pm

Friday: 9am – 6pm

Saturday: 9am – 5pm

Monday: 9am – 7.30pm

Tuesday: 9am – 6pm
