Cycling around the urban area of Great Yarmouth has never been easier with the September launch of a new cycle map.

The map - ‘Great Yarmouth Cycle Map and Guide’ - has been compiled by Norfolk County Council in conjunction with the Great Yarmouth Cycle Forum and Great Yarmouth Borough Council.  

The map includes all wards in the Great Yarmouth and Gorleston areas showing on-road and off-road routes and is designed to allow easier planning of pleasant or more direct cycle trips across the urban area.

A final version of the guide has been distributed to Local Schools, Libraries, Community Liaison and Information Points (CLIPs), Tourist Information Centres, Holiday Camps and many more locations to promote and encourage healthy cycling in the Borough.
