Local Land Charges/Property Searches – this section will give you full details on how to access the Land Charges Register and the service provided to solicitors and members of the public in connection with the sale or purchase of property.

Planning Policy – deals with allocations for residential and commercial uses, trees and countryside matters, local transport planning (including cycling) as set out in the Borough-Wide Local Plan which has been drawn up in accordance with regional and national guidance. The emerging Local Development Framework (LDF) which will replace the Borough-Wide Local Plan is also available to view along with details of public consultations.
