The Council is determined to make sure that the services it provides are as efficient and effective as possible, and this includes requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act.
The named officer in the Publication Scheme, alongside the class of information sought should be in a position to understand what information you have asked for and to tell you where you can find it. If the information you receive is not what you need, you should first contact the named officer. If the information you have requested is not availabe the named officer will tell you why.
If you believe that your request has not been dealt with fairly, and cannot be dealt with satisfactorily on an informal basis, please put your complaint in writing and send it to:
