Register Your Vote for Elections
Great Yarmouth Borough Council is advising voters that they only have until April 16 to register their vote for the May 1 elections. “Some people may have overlooked the fact that they still haven’t registered,” said Deputy Returning Officer, Linda Mockford. “While others may misunderstand and think that as they pay taxes they are automatically registered on the electoral roll.

Good Citizens come  Feast and  Celebrate Your History
OYEZ, OYEZ adorn your finest apparel and join the celebration feast is the invitation to the good citizens of the borough of Great Yarmouth. The feast is to be held on May 17 as part of Great Yarmouth’s 800th Charter celebrations. Guests are being encouraged to don medieval costumes as they mark eight centuries of civic freedom.

Marina Centre Pool Remains Closed
Great Yarmouth Marina Centre swimming pool is likely to remain closed for around another three weeks as a result of the damage caused by the high winds on 10 March.
