An excess charge notice of £65 including vat reduced to £35 for payment within 7 days (providing no appeal is made) is payable on the following offences:
1.Failing to display a valid ticket.
2.Exceeding the time for which payment has been made.
3.Exceeding the period for which the vehicle is permitted to park without charge.
4.Failure to park wholly within the limits of an authorised parking bay.
5.Parked other than in an authorised bay.
