All businesses have an entitlement to at least one visitor permit for £25. If your property has a multi numbered address (eg 2-3 Smith Street, then you have an entitlement of 2 number permits at £25 each).

Some additional on–street permits are available. There will be a limit initially based on 10% of number of rooms for guest houses and hotels. These additional permits will be at a higher rate of £100 per year.

Also available are rover tickets for off-street car parks. These weekly tickets cost £18 per week and are valid in all Borough Council Car Parks except Palmers car park. (Note: not valid for on-street seafront pay and display bays). At time of purchase the vehicle registration details need to be known (and optionally where the holder will be staying).
