You can speed up you claim for housing and council tax benefit by using our new Fast Track service.

All you have to do is follow these 3 easy steps...

1	Fully complete your Picture : 'PDF Icon' benefit application form (127kb)
2	Make sure you have all the information we require in order for us to process your claim. The checklist on page 19 of the application form will help you.
3	Take you completed application together with all the relevant information to the Customer Services Counter located on the ground floor of Trafalgar House.

A member of staff will then verify your claim and check that you have all the information we require.

Once your claim is verified by a member of staff and they have confirmed that you have provided all the required information, it will be sent to the benefit assessment team to be processed within 24 hours.
