The Council keeps records of agendas for all Council meetings for up to five years.  Details of the minutes of Council meetings are also kept and date from 1974 to the present day.  Minutes proceeding this date are kept at the Norfolk Records Office

Any person wishing to review agendas or minutes are asked to make an appointment, and these can  be made through the Member Services Department - Telephone 01493 846321, fax 01493 846332 or e-mail fll@great-yarmouth.gov.uk
