The Assembly Room, Council Chamber, Supper Room and Robing Room at the Town Hall are available for hire.

All rooms are situated on the first floor of the Town Hall and can be accessed by lift. The first floor can accommodate up to 230 people at any one time, including Council staff on duty and security or portering staff.

Maximum Number of People per Room (including Council staff and up to a maximum of 230 for all rooms):

   Assembly Room - 230
   Council Chamber - 50
   Robing Room - 12
   Supper Room - 30 seated around the existing tables or 20 on chairs which can be provided behind tables

Charges

The following charges are fully inclusive of room hire, staff costs, heating costs and the use of trestle tables and chairs:-

Booking More Than One Room

If the Assembly Room is booked, then the booking for any additional room will be at the following reduced rates:-

Private, Public & Commercial - £50.00 per additional room/per day
Subsidised & Charities - £20.00 per additional room/per day

All prices quoted exclude V.A.T
