Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Screening Report

Summary

The Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) screening report is designed to test whether the contents of the Borough-Wide Design Code Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) requires a full Strategic Environmental Assessment. The report concludes that the SPD will not have any significant effects on the environment and therefore a full Strategic Environmental Assessment is not required.
